Installation and Service Policy
Hikdeal aims customer satisfaction. Installation or servicing payment will release only after confirmation from customer. If customer not satisfied with service, fund may hold and we have power to assign new technical person/s to complete job. Hikdeal have all rights to change in its policy. Misbehave with our customer by technical person may calls for legal action and compensation.
Product Handling
This is contract based job and Hikdeal is only a intermediate between customer and technician. If product mishandled and damaged by technician, he is responsible for it and compensation. Changing our delivered products with another one will call legal action and termination of contract job. Technician must have to use only our delivered products in installation and contact us if any issue occurs.
